How do I actually audit what NemoClaw's guardrail layer logs by default — and where are those logs stored?

I'm setting up the NemoClaw stack in my home lab and want to understand the privacy impact of its guardrails.

The documentation says it logs guardrail-triggered events for security. But I can't find a concrete list of what data is captured by default—like, does it log the full prompt that was blocked, a user ID, or just the rule name? Also, where does this data go locally? Is it a file, or is it only visible through a specific admin API? I want to audit this before I point any personal data at it.
